所以不要怪我凡事都往不好的方面想，这是因为经历过太多的失望，所以都不想再有任何期待。As you said, no expectation no disappointment.
幸好我本来就一直告诉自己不要期待 很难成的 不至于现在太失望。
所以以后 将来 我也会尽量让自己不抱有任何期待。This is my way to protect myself.
